Tell us a short story about a time that you were surprised or frightened by something.  What were you doing before you were surprised or frightened?  What was it that caused you to be surprised or frightened?  What was your reaction?  Why did you react this way?  What did you do or what did you think after being surprised or frightened?  Would you be surprised or frightened the next time something like this happened?
